4 Healthy Tips on getting a high quality life.

ImageThe quality and length of life is strongly influenced by the way you live. If you stuff your face with junk food at each meal, you may live a shorter, lower quality of life. Many doctor visits, medications and problems. On the contrary, if you live like a health nut, is likely to live a life of high quality with a lot of energy and optimism.

For people who are obese, living a life of high quality seems unattainable. Whether the job is that most simply can not find the courage to re-invent themselves … to give up. What I do not know is that there is a middle safe place can be healthy without having to spend all day exercising and eating fruits and vegetables.

No cracks about how you can do, or how fast you can run a mile. This is not to eat rice cakes instead of chocolate bars and is not about starving yourself to the point where almost pass out from trying to run on an empty tank of gas. It’s about making small changes that make the biggest difference in your lifestyle.

Health Tip # 1: Diet and Nutrition
Having had chronic asthma all my life, I could not exercise. Most people take for granted the one thing that I would have liked to be physically capable of doing. Once my body began to provide adequate nutrition, however, miracles began to happen. Not only lost 70 pounds (and have kept if off for over 15 years now), but now I’m drug free, I can exercise and have a high quality life.

The key here is that although I lost weight and got healthy without exercise. I can still eat, but I changed my diet to include a meal replacement soy shake once or twice daily. I know what you’re thinking. How I can enjoy a smooth batter instead of delicious food? Because the movement is delicious and makes me feel good afterwards … not only physically but mentally.

Health Tip # 2: Exercise
You do not have to be one of the power lifters who spend 10 hours a day in the gym to achieve healthy weight loss. Not even have to work for an hour. Just move more. Park in the back of the parking lot instead of driving to wait for a space near the door. Exercise is not necessary, but if a little is added to your day, you can accellerate their efforts to lose weight and let you live a healthier life.

Remember abdominal and push-ups? Did not you hear those words scared in a long time bet. Words can not describe how good I look and feel since I started doing these exercises two before going to sleep and when I wake in the morning. I’m not talking about 100 each here. 20 each. That’s it. Not even take 5 minutes. Now I can not even think of rest until I do. Why? Because I made a lifestyle change little for the better.

Health Tip # 3: Smoking and drinking
Make the decision now to eliminate one (or both if they are smart) and you’ll be well on your way to not only lose weight, but the promotion of a right high life. Everyone knows that smoking is not good. You were not born with the need to pollute their lungs with tar or dehydrate the brain until it withers like a peanut styrophoam. People do it to suit other people and yet all it does is bring you to their level. You’re better than that.

Health Tip # 4: Stress
When you reduce the amount of stress in your life, you will be amazed at how easy it is to lose weight in a healthy way. Write eveything that you think is giving daily stress. No, you should not go out and quit the job .. but you can always find a different job that is less stressful. Do not let other people think they can tie you and control you. This is America and you are free to live without stress and have a high quality life.

The more people emphasized the development, rather than seeking comfort foods that are not good for them. Want to feel better? Have your favorite cookie! Then regret it later and feel even worse than before! He had a bad day at work? You deserve a fatty meal at the cheese factory! You can then get to work the next day even more weight and you feel worse. See how this is a vicious cycle that can be changed simply by avoiding stressful situations?

The conservative American Medical Association stated that 60% of deaths before age 65 can be prevented, usually simple lifestyle changes. I have listed four of the most important ones above. Start making small changes in each of these areas and you will start to become the person you always wanted to be. It need not be a mountain you must climb to achieve their dreams, but rather a small hill to walk on the life of a high quality
